What I Offer

  • Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy is the backdrop of all other services I offer, providing a framework for safely moving through layers of trauma and pain and toward healing and true wellbeing. I primarily draw on psychodynamic, relational, and neurobiological theories to help bring insight and understanding to patterns which might be keeping you stuck.

  • Reiki

Reiki is a gentle form of energy healing that helps to soften the mind, awaken intuition, and heal deeply through relaxation. It is a tool to harness life force, harmonize the systems of the body/mind/spirit, and rebalance our innate nature of health and wellbeing. Reiki can help to heal chronic physical and mental health conditions, connect you to your guides and ancestors, and awaken Life within.

  • Integrative Acupressure

Integrative Acupressure is a hands-on bodywork practice which integrates Chinese medical 5-element and meridian theory with a modern understanding of body systems. Similar to acupuncture, but without the use of needles, acupressure balances the energy systems of the body and helps restore wellbeing and health. Acupressure can bring about powerful shifts of acute and chronic issues in the body. It has been a major cornerstone of my own physical and emotional healing.

  • Trauma Release Exercises

Trauma Release Exercises (TRE) are a series of exercises designed to activate neurogenic tremors in the psoas muscles and encourage physical release of tension. TRE is helpful for unwinding the minor stressors of everyday life as well as deeply rooted traumatic stress.

All of these modalities, with the exception of Integrative Acupressure, work well either online or in person.

Integrative Acupressure is a hands-on practice using a massage table and requires that we meet in person.

We can work together to discuss which combination of these modalities suits your unique needs.
